“We stumbled upon Nick and crew via Yelp. This dude and his crew are the real deal: smart, problem solver, neat and super easy to work with on projects. We moved to Boulder (December 2018); and live in another city and state. In Boulder, we have a mountain home. There are a lot of issues to deal with (beyond normal property mgt stuff): water, septic, propane, inspections, no high speed internet (found solution); security system, Savant/AV system, lighting solution; picking up packages at UPS p.o. box (no mail can go to property); trash solution/idea, putting furniture together, on site for furniture/appliance deliveries, snow removal, and even taking all the boxes away. Our experience is (and has been) amazing. There is absolutely no way we could have been in our house without their skills, and help for a year.
