Your home expert will conduct an onsite evaluation covering the main 20-points of your home. From there, we will create a custom home maintenance plan and profile to execute.

A plan without action is just a dream. Your dedicated Home Concierge knows your home inside and out and keeps your home maintenance plan on track. As a home concierge, we will let you know when major systems may need to be replaced, when seasonal maintenance needs to be done, and schedule local top-rated vendors for the jobs and maintenance that come up.

Each week your home advisor will send your home status report, plus insider tips, ideas, and recommendations curated just for you.

Out-of-Town Home Check Package
- We will complete a weekly walkaround of your home to check for any damage or maintenance needs, additional onsite visits with power outages/storms, and bring in packages/mail.
Seasonal Service Package
- Fall / Spring services such as gutter cleanings, sprinkler blowouts, window cleaning, deck refinishing, and washing
Labor packages
- Half-day or full day help around the house
